Terms and conditions

No reasonable restrictions on work or mediums.

Physical works must be fully cured dry and sufficiently protected. Packaged must not be more than 10kg or more than 105cm in dimension in any direction. All mediums are accepted. Including but not limited to sculptures, works on paper, short films, canvas, metal board etc. Prints are acceptable. There will be the facility to project works on screen.

All digital work is to be projected to be of 720p resolution minimum. All films are in MP4 format.

If you are a performance artist please contact us directly to ensure we have time to include you.
We envisage opportunities will exist to perform on our opening night and at our closing party.

On the back of the paintings please indicate the arrow up, name and contact number.

All work must be ready to hang.

This agreement is between Artist and Artists Supporting Artists International and is in agreement with the following terms:

TERMS:
Membership
1. All artists participating are required to be members of the Artists Supporting Artists International facebook group for the duration of the exhibition


Ownership and Insurance

1. Artist warrants that they own the Artwork listed above, that the Artwork is original,

or print as stated, created by the Artist, fixed in a tangible form, and the Artist reserves all rights,

title and interest in and to the copyright available to the artist for the Artwork.

2. The Artwork is insured by the artist while on display, during transportation or shipping, to and from the gallery, for the full duration of time required.

3. If ownership of the Artwork changes for any reason during the period of this exhibition, the Artist or their designee or legal representative is required to notify the Exhibitor of the change of

ownership, in writing, as soon as possible, and will also notify the Exhibitor of the name and contact information of the new owner.

Maintenance and Exhibition

1. The parties agree that the location of the exhibit shall be the Tap Gallery, Riley Street Sydney.

2. The parties agree that the exhibition shall be from 29th October 2024 to 3rd November 2024 and the location of the exhibit shall be:

3. In-person drop-offs and pick-ups: The parties agree that in-person drop-offs will take place between 12 pm to 4 pm at Tap Gallery on the 28th of October, 2024. All work unsold will need to be collected by the close of business on 3rd November 2024.

4. International and Interstate Artist shipping: The artist is responsible for shipping artwork to and from ASAI Group Show, 12 Larkard Street, North Ryde. All physical works must be accompanied by prepaid return shipping, with the return occurring on the day of 4th November 2024 from the delivery address in bold above. All delays are at the expense of the artist. A storage fee will be charged in 20 dollars AUD. All works left beyond the date of 10th November 2024 will be disposed of. A reasonable attempt will be made to contact you.

5. The artist is responsible for providing their artwork in a form ready to install and is responsible for all associated costs of preparation. The Artist is responsible for maintaining or making arrangements for maintaining the Artwork in its original condition for the duration of the exhibition. Admin and Moderators will inform the Artist if and when the work requires maintenance.

6. Artists Supporting Artists International and Tap Gallery are not responsible for insurance of works to and from the gallery and while on exhibition. Artists must ensure they are fully insured for the full duration, from delivery, during show, and return.

Financial Terms

1. In the event of a sale of the artworks listed above:

a. the Artist retains 75% of the sales price with the remaining 25% going to the Tap Gallery.


Reproduction and Credit

1. Artist agrees to credit Artists Supporting Artists International and Tap Gallery on any promotional materials created by the Artist from images of the Artwork installed in this exhibition.

2. Exhibitor agrees to appropriate acknowledgement and identification of Artist in any publications

or communications by the Exhibitor featuring this work.

3. The artist grants permission for the Artwork to be used for publicity and support for the exhibition.

This may include superimposed text, cropping and/or rotating images for marketing, advertising,

and social media use.

4. The Artwork is subject to photography by Tap Gallery visitors.


Termination and Return

1. The Artist shall loan to the Exhibitor the Artwork listed above.

2. Artists Supporting Artists International nor Tap Gallery will be responsible for any additional packaging required to return unsold works.

3. Artist Collection of unsold works: All work must be collected on the closing day of the exhibition date. Any person collecting on the artist's behalf must have written authorisation before the work is released.

4. This agreement will not be renewed or extended unless by mutual consent of both parties.

5. The Artwork will be returned only to the Artist or owner, or their authorized representative. The

The exhibitor shall be responsible for the costs incurred for returning the Artwork.

6. This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between parties. There is no other

agreement. This cannot be amended except in writing and signed by both parties.
