BIO

I'm Kath Harding, a surrealist artist and architect based in Sydney, Australia.
I’m curious about shifting truths and perceptions, the places where the ordinary becomes distorted, and the extraordinary arises from the mundane. These thresholds tell the stories of our collective truths.

Influenced by Surrealists and the diverse tapestry of Australian painters, I am a storyteller, weaving visual narratives that defy logic and embrace the irrational. Each brushstroke or manipulation of materials is a deliberate act to disrupt the conventional, opening thresholds to the fantastical. I seek profound insight into the limits of our uniquely human condition.

To me, there is nothing more beautiful than this act of revelation. The opportunity to share this journey with others is truly priceless.
